Module 3: Fire Emergency Procedures
3.1 Fire Drills and Evacuation Plans:
Details: Explains the importance of regular fire drills and developing clear evacuation plans. Covers procedures for evacuating buildings safely and efficiently, including designated escape routes and assembly points.
Outcome: Participants will be able to participate effectively in fire drills and understand evacuation procedures.
3.2 Using Fire Extinguishers:
Details: Provides hands-on training in the proper use of fire extinguishers using the PASS method (Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep). Covers selecting the appropriate extinguisher for different classes of fires.

3.3 Responding to a Fire:
Details: Provides guidance on how to react in a fire emergency, including raising the alarm, evacuating the building, and assisting others. Explains what to do if clothing catches fire (“stop, drop, and roll”) and how to escape from a smoke-filled room.

3.4 First Aid for Burns:
Details: Covers basic first aid procedures for treating burns, including cooling the burn with water and protecting the injured area. Explains when to seek professional medical attention.
